GSA delivered the full scope of civil and structural design services for Grimshaw Park Service Station in Blackburn — a £5m+ development for The Kay Group combining a service station forecourt with three-storey retail and office accommodation.

Scope of Work
GSA’s scope covered substructure design to both the building and forecourt canopy, superstructure design to the three storey retail and office accommodation, a Section 185 public sewer diversion and a highway retaining structure.
