Graham Schofield Associates (GSA) was appointed to provide full civil and structural engineering design services for the refurbishment of Kiora Hall — a circa 1902 building repurposed into a specialist educational setting. The project focused on modernising internal infrastructure while preserving the building’s historical significance and integrity.
