Graham Schofield Associates (GSA) was appointed to provide full civil and structural engineering design services for the refurbishment of Kiora Hall — a circa 1902 building repurposed into a specialist educational setting. The project focused on modernising internal infrastructure while preserving the building’s historical significance and integrity.

GSA’s role encompassed the structural reinforcement of the original framework and internal steel framing, along with the redevelopment of foundations, drainage, and access infrastructure suitable for a specialist educational setting.
