Dr Oetker’s sole food production plant is based in Leyland, Lancashire.  The site has developed over a number of years.  However, when a substantial increase in  production was required GSA worked as part of Meller Food and Drink Specialists team to initially carry out a feasibility study with subsequent appointment to undertake  detailed civil and structural engineering services.
