A former 19th century steam powered flour mill located adjacent to the Leeds Liverpool Canal.

Conversion of the six storey listed building and a separate two storey mansion house into apartments involving retention and renovation of the structure with an approach to minimal replacement.

The main structure included load bearing masonry, timber floor structure with cast iron support columns.  The roof structure comprised a mixture of ornate wrought iron trusses and timber king and queen post trusses.
